    CEACAM1 expression by immunohistochemistry in B-cell lymphomas and plasma cell myeloma. (PubMed, Am J Clin Pathol)
    CEACAM1 is frequently expressed in MCL and in subsets of other mature B-cell neoplasms and MM. These findings support further investigation of CEACAM1 as a biologically relevant marker and potential therapeutic target in selected lymphoid malignancies.

    Coexistence of Microscopic Polyangiitis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, and Transthyretin Amyloidosis in an Elderly Japanese Patient With Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma: An Autopsy Case Report. (PubMed, Cureus)
    Aspiration pneumonia temporarily improved with ceftriaxone sodium hydrate; however, the patient died of sudden deterioration of oxygenation on the 49th hospital day...This case highlights the potential pathophysiological interplay of multiple immune-mediated and neoplastic conditions in elderly patients, underscoring the importance for clinicians to recognize that patients with SMZL may have coexisting autoimmune diseases such as MPA and SLE. In particular, in elderly patients, the possibility of occult ATTR should also be considered.

    Gastrointestinal-Predominant ALK-Negative Systemic Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma Presenting as Fever of Unknown Origin: Case Report. (PubMed, Korean J Helicobacter Up Gastrointest Res)
    The patient was treated with brentuximab vedotin plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone, following which the febrile episodes improved. This case illustrates an uncommon gastrointestinal-predominant presentation of ALK-negative systemic ALCL presenting as fever of unknown origin. This case underscores the importance of continued diagnostic reassessment and symptom-guided tissue acquisition when conventional staging studies are not initially diagnostic, particularly in patients with a history of indolent lymphoma.
