    An organoid-guided platform for ovarian cancer: enabling prediction of patients' chemotherapy response. (PubMed, J Ovarian Res)
    Preoperative CA153 and CA199 levels were found to be independent factors influencing ovarian tumour organoid generation. The drug responses of most PDOs to paclitaxel and carboplatin were consistent with the clinical treatment outcomes.

    Transformation or Clonal Evolution? A Rare Case Report of Pulmonary Sarcomatoid Carcinoma Developing to Small Cell Lung Cancer. (PubMed, Thorac Cancer)
    Herein, we report the first documented case of phenotypic conversion to SCLC in a patient with advanced pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma (PSC) who received pemetrexed, carboplatin, and camrelizumab only, with no targeted agents administered. TP53 and RET mutations may be implicated in this phenotypic transition. This case provides new insights into the biological mechanism underlying the evolution of PSC to SCLC.

    Pathological complete response in a POLE-mutated non-small cell lung cancer patient treated with perioperative chemoimmunotherapy: a case report and review of the literature. (PubMed, MedScience)
    After three cycles of neoadjuvant carboplatin, pemetrexed, and pembrolizumab, computed tomography (CT) scan revealed a significant response. Incorporating a POLE evaluation could improve the integrated decision-making process for patients with NSCLC in the perioperative setting. Prospective studies are warranted to validate this observation.
